Two goals from top scorer Paul McQuade saw us extend our unbeaten run to seven games as we consolidated our second top place.
There were three changes to the side which had drawn a blank against Dumbarton. Gareth Wardlaw was suspended and was replaced by John Dempster while Brian Fairbairn and Craig Winter made way for Mark Ramsay and Jon Robertson.
The Bully Wee, looking for their first win since early December, got off to the perfect start opening the scoring in the first minute.
A high ball from Lithgow was nodded down by Stewart to Jordan WHITE who turned his marker before firing a low shot into the bottom corner of the Cowden net.
