A double from Harvey Swann along with a third goal from Fraser Mullen saw us complete the double over a Berwick side who ended the game with eight men.

Once again there were two changes from the previous week with emergency loan keeper Gary Maley taking over from the suspended David McGurn, while Kris Renton came in for Jordyn Sheerin.

The game was only two minutes old when Maley had his first and only meaningful save of the afternoon when he turned a Hurst shot around the post for a corner.

At the other end our first chance of the afternoon saw Renton send a header wide before Berwick picked up their first red card of the afternoon after 16 minutes when John Neill was sent off following an off the ball incident with Cox.

Deas then shot just over following a Swann cross but with 29 minutes gone we opened the scoring when Harvey SWANN fired home his first goal of the season.

Minutes later he could have had a second but sent his shot wide of the post however he did get a second goal eventually nine minutes from the break when Scott was brought down in the box by Wilson, and he confidently sent his spot kick past Brennan.

The second half saw not too many attempts on either goal with Willis sending a long range free kick high over the bar with 20 minutes to go.

With 13 minutes to go Berwick were reduced to nine men when Robert Wilson was sent off for the second time against us this season following a foul on Marsh.

Then three minutes later it was eight when Chris Hamilton, who had been booked for protesting at the last red card, picked up a second yellow card after a tug on Skelly’s shirt.

After the resultant free kick from Skelly, Fraser MULLEN latched onto to a rebound to fire a low shot into the corner of the net.
