The under 20s were still looking for their first points of the season following a dramatic game at Central Park on Tuesday night.
Cameron MUIRHEAD gave us the lead with 16 minutes gone when he slotted home a through ball from Callaghan.
Ten minutes from the break we went further ahead when Ryan McDONALD headed home when a Callaghan corner was parried into a busy Berwick goalmouth by keeper Shiel.
Four minutes into the second half the Borderers pulled a goal back from the penalty spot after Hunter was judged to have fouled Forrest and Charlie DENTON slotted home the resultant penalty.
On the hour mark we restored our two goal advantage when Liam CALLAGHAN went on a long run and slotted the ball into the corner of the visitors net.
However two goals in a minute brought Berwick back in the game. With 76 minutes gone Daniel WATT headed home and sixty seconds later Junior PATTENDEN fired in the leveller shortly after coming off the bench.
The visitors then completed their comeback three minutes into stoppage time when former Central Parker DENTON slotted home his second goal of the night.
