After finding themselves three goals down after 55 minutes a fighting comeback fell just short for the Cowden youngsters at the Forthbank synthetic surface.

Sinclair then broke through and raced in on goal but was denied by the diving Hunter.
The home side took the lead eight minutes from the interval when Jordan Sinclar jinxed past Sawers to blast the ball home from close range.
Hurst then came close for the home side while while Brand sent a shot just over the bar as Cowden looked to get back on level terms.
However two minutes into injury time Stirling doubled their advantage when Hurst sent over a cross which was met Mark Johnston whose first shot rebounded off the post before he slotted home the rebound.
The start of the second period saw Hainey clear an effort from Ogilvie off the line while at the other end Byrne sent a free kick wide after Wright had been fouled on the edge of the box.
With 55 minutes gone the home side went three up when Jordan McNeill turned the ball into his own net as he attempted to clear a Murray shot.
On the hour mark a shot from Ben Anthony was parried to safety by keeper Lee but eight minutes later the striker got on the score sheet when he confidently slotted home from the penalty spot after Brand had been brought down by Foyle.
Soon after Cowden had strong claims for a second spot kick turned down as an Albion defender appeared to handle the ball in the box but play was waved on.
The Cowden youngsters with their tails up had numerous chances to reduce the deficit before Anthony got his second goal of the night when an angled shot from Anthony was helped into the net by Foyle ten minutes from time.
Despite a late rally by the Central Parkers Stirling however held out to take the three points.
