A last gasp goal from Marc McKenzie gave us what could prove to be a vital league point in our quest to avoid the play-off spot.
There were four changes to the side which had lost a Falkirk with Thomas Flynn returning to the goal along with Marc McKenzie and Colin Cameron.
Colin Stewart dropped to the bench along with Jason Naismith and Mark Ramsay.
It was the visitors who broke the deadlock after just five minutes when four players went for a corner from the left with Paul Watson getting the touch which beat Flynn.
Soon after we were dealt a blow when Linton had to limp off with a pulled hamstring and was replaced by Miller.
After a slow start we came more into the game as the first half progressed and were rewarded with a goal five minutes from the interval when Greg Stewart ran through and although McNeil blocked his first shot he was able to slot home the rebound.
Livingston’s second goal was a bolt of the blue 19 minutes from time when Craig Barr unleashed a shot from fully 35 yards out which flew into the top corner of the stranded Flynn’s net.
Minutes later we had to make our second change of the night when Moore went off with an ankle injury following a clash in the visitors’ box.
However our never say die attitude once again earned us a point when in the closing minute Marc McKenzie fired low into the net after good work by Stewart.
