The Cowden youngsters closed their league campaign with a convincing win over Berwick at a rain lashed Beath High School on Thursday night.
Despite almost one way traffic towards the vising goal it took 23 minutes for Cowden to break the deadlock when Dale Finnie sent a looping 30 yard shot over keeper Beveridge into the top corner of the net.
Three minutes from the break Jack Nicholson doubled the advantage with his 20th goal of the season with a close range shot after a Callaghan cross was headed into his path by Christie.
The scoring was completed seven minutes from time when a Christie cross was headed home at the back post by Craig Johnstone.
Berwick had a late rally hitting the woodwork twice firstly Shields saw a shot come off the bar before he blasted the rebound over then in the closing seconds an angled shot from Scott came off the post.
