After dropping two points at Forfar the previous week we bounced back in style against County at Beath High School on Sunday afternoon.
It was however the Highlanders who opened the scoring in the first minute with Michael Grimes shooting home.
We quickly drew level five minutes later when a Nicholson header came off the crossbar and Craig Johnstone was on hand to slot home the rebound.
Nicholson had a chance to put us in the lead in 15 minutes when he was through on goal but his volley over the advancing keeper went over the bar.
Seconds later County once again took the lead when Tony Dingwall fired home a low shot from 14 yards.
The scores were once again level on 23 minutes when Nicholson laid the ball back to Kyle Miller who fired home a low left foot shot from just inside the box.
Four goals in a ten minute period early in the second half sealed the points for us. Johnstone headed home from close range to put us into the lead after 51 minutes.
Four minutes later, Jack Nicholson slotted home from close range and sixty seconds later Liam Callaghan fired home from 14 yards.
The scoring was completed after 61 minutes with a cleverly lobbed shot from Murray Christie.
