The youngsters bounced back from their Scottish Cup defeat with a good win at the Forthbank Astro against the high flying Binos.

The game was evenly poised at 2-2 before Cowden took control in the closing period.

Thomas O’Brien got our opening goal when netted the rebound after a Docherty shot had come off the post while Steven Bennett shot home our second.

O’Brien and Gill combined to set up Jack Nicholson for our third to give us the lead before Bennett headed home his second goal of the afternoon.

The scoring was then completed by Jordyn Gill who shot home at the near post to complete good performance.
