A second half comeback saw the youngsters come from two goals behind to win an exciting Sunday morning game at Central Park.

The Rovers opened the scoring after just 11 minutes when Ross Callachan fired home a low shot from 22 yards.

Seven minutes from the interval the visitors doubled their advantage when David Lowe fired home a low shot from close range after the Cowden defence failed to clear a corner.

Cowden commenced their comeback four minutes after the break when Simon Docherty shot home from the edge of the box and five minutes later we were back on level terms when Kyle Miller headed home a Callaghan free kick.

Miller then put us in front after 67 minutes when he picked the ball up on the edge of the box to fire home.

Andrew Walls headed home an equaliser for Rovers in 74 minutes but three minutes later Docherty grabbed the winner with a shot from eight yards.
