The youngsters went down to a second away defeat in a Friday night game at the David Keswick Centre in Dumfries.

Queen’s opened the scoring after ten minutes when Clelland spilled a shot from McShane and Ryan Smillie was on hand to slot the ball home.

We however drew level on 21 minutes thanks to a well placed free kick from Kyle Miller.

As the first half drew to a close the home side restored their lead when McShane was once again the provider to set up Dan Orsi who fired home from the edge of the box.

The second period saw Justin Begg fire home a Smillie cross while Ian McShane finally got on the score sheet to complete the scoring.
