Flamingo wins Ginger Boot

February proved to be a memorable month for Cowden striker Lewis Coult who bagged six goals, which helped us maintain our lead at the top of the Second Division.

Lewis' haul included his first senior hat trick in our 4-1 win over Stirling Albion which helped the 'Flamingo' to the coveted Irn Bru Ginger Boots for being leading scorer in the SFL. Steven Dorris of championship chasing rivals Arbroath also netted six times but done so in more games so Coult won the award.
