Loan Pair at the Double

It was a good weekend for Dene Droudge (pictured) and John Ferguson as the loan pair scored doubles for Dundonald Bluebell and Vale of Leithen respectively.

Droudge, who recently extended his loan deal until the end of the season, scored twice and was impressive at centre half in a 4-0 win over Lochgelly Albert, as the Bluebell moved to the top of the Central League.

A brace from Ferguson helped Vale of Leithen to a 3-3 draw with Tynecastle in a East of Scotland Premier League fixture. "Feegsy", who is on loan with the Innerleithen club until the end of this month, has scored 7 goals in 13 appearances for Vale to date.

Meanwhile, 17-year old Dan Hall made his debut for Ballingry Rovers on Saturday in a 2-0 win over Dundee Downfield after joining on loan last week until the end of the season. The promising midfielder played the full 90 minutes and provided the assist for the second goal.
