The reserves kept their League Cup qualification hopes alive with a 5-0 win over the Honest Men at Glasgow Green on Tuesday night.

After missing the weekend game at Bo’ness John Armstrong played for an hour and he headed our opener after 13 minutes.

Paul Byrne doubled our advantage eight minutes later and Lewis Coult added a third four minutes from the break.

Armstrong got his second goal of the night three minutes after the break before Mark Ramsay completed the scoring after 54 minutes.
