We had to come from behind to maintain our unbeaten record in the Reserve League Cup on Tuesday night.

The Jags opened the scoring after 11 minutes when David Wilson broke through the Cowden defence to slot a low shot into the bottom corner of the net.

On 22 minutes however we were back on level terms when Craig Winter slotted the ball to Kyle Miller who fired a low shot past the advancing Scully from 16 yards.

Minutes later the visitors almost restored their lead but Keenan’s shot was tipped onto the bar by Bejaoui.

In 71 minutes Callaghan saw a shot cleared off the line by a visiting defender but within a minute we grabbed what proved to be the winner with sub Jack Nicholson heading home.

As the game draw to a close Winter came close to adding a third but his 30 yard drive was palmed around the post by Scully.
