Cowden's last game with East Fife a fortnight ago marked the 120th appearance of captain Mark Baxter. 'Beaky' has scored twice in his 112 (+ 8 sub) games since Mixu Paatelainen brought the right-back to Central Park in August 2005.
The same game also marked Brian Fairbairn's 40th game with 'Frankie' scoring 8 times in his 30 (+ 10 sub) appearances for the Blue Brazil. Fairbairn joined Cowden in May 2008 from Berwick Rangers after previously turning out for Alloa Athletic, Raith Rovers, East Fife and Gretna.
