Posted August 12, 2011

Colin Cameron has added to his backroom staff over the summer with the recruitment of fitness coach Dougie Anderson and goalkeeping coach Jim McQueen.

The Cowden boss appointed Lee Makel as his assistant in June and the two further appointments complete his team.

Anderson - who was scouting for Sunderland last season - is an A licence holder who was recommended by Makel while former Meadowbank Thistle and Clydebank keeper Jim McQueen steps up from the Blue Brazil Youth Acadmey.

Cameron commented: "Dougie is a really good addition to the team and brings a host of experience and know how from his coaching qualifications. He has brought his own ideas into the mix and will help out with 1st team coaching with a special focus on the fitness side."

"Jim has lots of experience and the boys are really enjoying his training sessions. His knowlege and experience will really help bring on Yossi (Bejaoui) and Thomas (Flynn) and they are already seeing the benefits," added Cameron.
