New manager Colin Cameron made his first signing after securing Thomas Flynn (20) from SPL side Hibernian.
Cameron commented, "We agreed terms last week so I'm delighted to have completed the paperwork and now officially have Thomas on board"
"He is a young keeper who has had a good up bringing at Hibs and I have very high hopes for him. He was released at the end of the season which has been our gain.
"He was with us last pre-season with a view to a possible loan and trained with us again during the last month of last season. He has made great strides over the last year and has the potential to have a big future in the game.
"I'm looking to bring in another keeper to compete with Thomas for the number one spot."
The English-born keeper came through the youth ranks at Easter Road and was a fixture in the all conquering 19s side that won the league and cup double in 2008/09. However, the youngster was unable to make the breakthrough into the 1st team due to competition from experienced trio Mark Brown, Graham Stack and Graeme Smith for the no 1 spot.
Flynn was farmed out on two occassions to Alloa Athletic during 2009/10 and 2010/11. Joined Albion Rovers on a similar loan agreement in February and impressed during 11 appearances as the Cliftonhill side won promotion to the 2nd Division.
