Tuesday 7th December - match postponed

Tuesday night's Fife derby against Dunfermline Athletic has been postponed despite the best efforts to clear the snow from the Central Park playing surface and surrounding areas. An early decision was made, with supporters safety the main concern, having taken the current conditions and the forecast for next week into consideration.

Three attempts to play this eagerly anticipated fixture have now fallen victim to the match officials' strike and the weather respectively. A crowd of up to 3000 has been expected for the original fixture and tickets already purchased will be valid for the rescheduled game - date to be confirmed.

Falkirk are due to visit Central Park on Saturday 11th December on Irn-Bru 1st Division league business and the Club's efforts will now focus getting the go-ahead for this game.
