Lee Sibanda and Dean Brett scored their first senior goals to cap a memorable comeback as the Blue Brazil came back from a goal down to record their first win of the 1st Division campaign.

Stirling opened the scoring in the first half after the Cowden defence failed to clear a Chris Aitken corner to allow Scott Robertson (36) to fire home.

Jimmy Nicholl introduced Dean Brett af half-time and the 17-year old made a big impression on the game. First he crossed for Sibanda to score on his league debut before before finding the net from 20 yards to put Cowden 2-1 up.

Chris Aitken was sent off for the home side before John Dempster wrapped up the points with 13 minutes remaining.
