Segregation Plan 2010/11

Posted July 23, 2010

Following discussions with the Scottish Football League and the Fife Constabulary, a segregation plan has been agreed for season 2010/11. A number of options were considered but the final approved plan is in the best interests of supporter safety and in order to meet the requirements of the Scottish Football League and the Police.

For category A games (fully segregated), the home support will be located in the West Terracing (old Coo Shed) and the Old Stand. In addition, the west side of the Main Stand will be available for season ticket holders (a reserved seat will be available on request), disabled fans and hospitality guests.

The away support will be located on the East and South Terrace and the remainder of the Main Stand.

For category B games (non-segregated), there will be no segregation in place and both home and away supporters will have access to all areas of the stadium.

For all home games (category A & B), the home support will access the stadium from the Chapel Street turnstiles while the away support will have access from the main turnstiles off the High Street. Disabled fans will also access from the main turnstiles.

Home fans will have access to the Club Bar for all games and catering facilities will be available for all supporters.

Category A

Dunfermline Athletic

Falkirk

Raith Rovers

Category B

Greenock Morton

We hope that everyone understands and appreciates that, while not ideal, the segregation plan has been developed in the best interests of Cowdenbeath Football Club and our supporters.
