Wardlaw makes move to St. Mirren

Gareth Wardlaw joined SPL side St. Mirren today after the clubs agreed a five figure transfer fee.

The 31-year old forward will be in familiar company in Paisley as he joins up again with former Cowden management duo Danny Lennon and Iain Jenkins along with Darren McGregor, Paul McQuade and Peter Bradley.

Wardlaw joined the Blue Brazil last summer after being released by Raith Rovers and went on to finish the season as top scorer with19 goals during the 2010/11 promotion winning 2nd Division campaign.
