MATCH PREVIEW - CUMBERNAULD COLTS (A)

After two home games we now start a run of three away games with the first being against Cumbernauld Colts at Broadwood in the Park’s Motor Group Lowland League with a 7.45pm kick off.

Following our weekend draw with Tranent and Colts loss to league leaders Linlithgow, both sides sit on 11 points from their opening eight games with our hosts having a better goal difference.


THE OPPOSITION

Colts opened their season with a 3-3 draw against Albion Rovers at Cliftonhill and were denied a win with Rovers equalising deep into stoppage time.

They then went down 2-1 at home to Clydebank before another 3-3 draw this time against Celtic B at Broadwood.

Their first win of the season came the following week when they beat Hearts B 2-1 at Ainslie Park with a second win soon following as they beat East Stirlingshire 4-0 at Ochilview.

They then went down 1-0 to Bonnyrigg Rose at Ferguson Park before a 3-2 home win over Berwick Rangers. On Saturday they went down 2-1 to Linlithgow Rose at Prestonfield.
