For the second of three successive away games in the Park’s Motor Group Lowland League we head west to face Albion Rovers at Cliftonhill with a 3pm kick off for what is our 100th game in the Lowland League.
The game was originally scheduled for 25th January but was postponed due storm damage to the Cliftonhill stand. The previous month the sides fought out a 1-1 draw at Central Park with Jamie Docherty giving us a half time lead which was cancelled out by a Paul Kennedy penalty.
This will be our second visit of the season to Cliftonhill after meeting in the SPFL Trust Trophy when we won 4-3 with Jamie Docherty hitting a brace along with Jake Sutherland and Paul McLean with Alan Reid and Paul Kennedy, who had a penalty saved by Josh Blair, grabbing a brace.
Last season in the only other games with Rovers in the Lowland League we drew 0-0 at Central Park and won 1-0 at Cliftonhill thanks to a Matty McDonald goal.
Rovers currently sit in seventh place in the table with 41 points from their 28 games, six points and four places ahead of us.
Greg MacPherson returns to the squad after missing last weeks 2-1 win at Gala due to suspension.
