MATCH PREVIEW - HEART OF MIDLOTHIAN B (A)

Following our 2-0 defeat to Broomhill on Tuesday night we make a quick return to Park’s Motor Group Lowland League action when we face Hearts B at Ainslie Park with a 7.45pm kick off.

The defeat saw us remain in 15th place but now only two points ahead of Cumbernauld Colts who dropped to bottom place.

Hearts B are in 12th place, one of three sides on 15 points. We are so far unbeaten against the Wee Jambos since we dropped into the Park’s Motor Group Lowland League with 3 wins and a draw in the previous four meetings.


THE OPPOSITION

After a bright start to the season, the Wee Jambos are on a 9- game winless run which has seen them take only 1 point against Celtic B last Tuesday.

They have had 4 wins against East Stirlingshire (4-1), Gala Fairydean Rovers (5-1), Linlithgow Rose (4-3) and Berwick Rangers (6-1) which all came in the opening weeks of the season.

Since then along with the draw with Celtic B they have also drawn with University of Stirling (2-2) and Cumbernauld Colts (0-0).

In their 8 remaining games they have lost to Tranent (0-1), Gretna 2008 (1-6), Bo’ness United (0-2), Broomhill (0-2), Caledonian Braves (2-3), East Kilbride (1-4), Celtic B (1-2) and Albion Rovers (0-3).
