Introducing Thea Sinclair

Please welcome sports therapist Thea Sinclair to our backroom staff at Central Park.

Having graduated from UHI Perth in 2023 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation, Thea now practices out of her premises in Kirkcaldy. She is also no stranger to the football field having held similar roles at Kirkcaldy & Dysart and Haddington Athletic in the past.

Upon her appointment, Thea commented "Really looking forward to joining Cowdenbeath. They've got a great set up and it's amazing to see the community support behind them. Can't wait to meet and get to know the players and to see what challenges come my way. When a player comes to me with an injury, I think of it like a problem and work out how we're going to solve it to get this player back to their A game in the safest and shortest time."
