The second game of our home double this week sees Linlithgow Rose visit Central Park with a 3pm kick off for what is the first Lowland League meeting of the sides.
We of course met in the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup in September when we ran out 2-1 winners after extra time with Jamie Docherty slotting home a brace of penalties and Greg Skinner getting the Rose goal for a second half equaliser.
LAST TIME OUT
On Tuesday night we fought out a goal less draw with Albion Rovers with keeper Ross Connelly pulling off a wonder save in stoppage time to deny Dylan Duncan his third goal of the season.
THE OPPOSITION
Rose had a free Saturday due to the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup but were in action in midweek when they went down 3-0 to Celtic B at the Excelsior Stadium which left them in eighth place a place and a point above us in the table.
Since their cup visit Rose have had mixed fortunes beating Civil Service Strollers (2-0), drawing with Berwick Rangers (1-1) and losing to East Kilbride (2-1) and Celtic B (0-3).
