The Scottish Gas Scottish Cup trail continues when we head to Buffs Park to face Kilwinning Rangers with a 3pm kick off.
It is the first meeting of the sides and we progressed into the Third Round thanks to a brace of penalties from top scorer Jamie Docherty against Linlithgow Rose to win 2-1 after the game had gone into extra time.
In the event of a postponement the game will take place on Saturday 4th November with a 3 p.m. kick off.
LAST TIME OUT
Last Saturday we led Caledonian Braves by two goals early in the second half at Central Park thanks to Jamie Docherty with his 11th goal of the season and an own goal by former Central Parker Daniel Martins but we were eventually pegged back to 2-2.
THE OPPOSITION
The Buffs opened their Scottish Cup campaign in the Second Preliminary round when they had a 4-0 home win over Glasgow University with Graham Boyd, Dylan Mackin, Jack Maccalman and Ben Lewis getting the goals.
In the First Round Proper they found themselves 2-0 down to Dundonald Bluebell at Moorside Park with Barry Sibanda and Scott Durie on target for our neighbours.
However, Joran Stuart, Mackin and Keiran Wood either side of half time sealed a dramatic win for Chris Aitken’s side.
