LAST TIME OUT
Last Saturday we progressed into the Third Round of the South Challenge Cup when Dylan Duncan came off the bench to score a brace on his debut in a 2-0 win over Kilsyth Rangers.
THE OPPOSITION
Rose also progressed to the Third Round of the Challenge Cup with an 8-0 home win over Newtongrange Star.
Last season’s East of Scotland League Premier League Champions have adjusted well to life in the Lowland Leage and sit in seventh place with 15 points from their opening nine games.
Wins in the league have come against University of Stirling (3-1), Gretna 2008 (9-2), Caledonian Braves (1-0) and Gala Fairydean Rovers (5-0). Their other points came from draws against Edinburgh University, Hearts B and East Kilbride which all ended 2-2. They have lost to Broomhill (0-2) and Cumbernauld Colts (2-4).
In the East of Scotland League Centenary Cup they beat Bo’ness Athletic 5-3 but lost 3-2 to Whitburn in the Final.
