We conclude our pre-season games this afternoon when we face the Swifts at Dalgety Bay Sports Centre with a 1pm kick off.
It is our third Fife derby game of the build up ahead of our Viaplay Cup games which kick off next Saturday.
LAST TIME OUT
Two goals in the closing 11 minutes from Gregor Nicol and Scott Shepherd with a last minute strike saw us lose 2-1 to East Fife at Bayview Stadium on Tuesday night after Lucus Berry had given us a half time lead.
THE OPPOSITION
Last season we drew 0-0 with the Swifts in a game which saw Cammy Graham miss a penalty. The Dalgety Bay side eventually went onto finish in 11th place in the East of Scotland League Premier Division.
Cowdenbeath based brothers Jason and Lee Dair have taken over at the Swifts after being the management team at league rivals Hill of Beath Hawthorn. Jason of course had a spell as our assistant manager while Lee played for us in 2003.
In the squad is Harry Osbourne who played for us in the early part of last season.
So far they have had two friendly matches both at home losing 3-0 to East Fife but beating Newburgh 5-0 last Saturday.
