Callum Comes In

We are pleased to now confirm that the club has completed the signing of midfielder Callum Murray from Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts. 21 year old Callum is a local lad and prior to signing for the Swifts he had spells with Alloa and Newtongrange Star.

The club’s Colin Nelson said today, "Delighted that Callum has chosen to join us. He is a lad who we have tracked ever since he played against us in a pre season friendly. Although we were looking more towards trying to bring him in the summer the opportunity arose to bring him in now and we have fought of interest from other clubs. Callum wants to test himself at a level above and we believe he is more than capable of doing so. By bringing him in now he can get settled into life at Cowden and integrated with the squad and will be available for selection for rest of the season after signing until May 2024."
