It’s the final game of 2022 as welcome Tranent Juniors to Central Park for the first time, with a 1pm kick off.
Tranent have adjusted well to life in the Lowland League after winning the East of Scotland Premier Division last season and the subsequent round robin play off with Darvel and St Cuthbert Wanderers.
Calum Elliot led them to promotion but resigned in August with former Cowden player/manager Colin Nish taking over.
The East Lothian side can go top of the league if they were to win today and are currently on a 9-game unbeaten run in both league and cup competitions.
In their last outing, last Thursday they beat Edinburgh University 8-0 at Foresters Park.
