We Start The Week With Weekes

Central Park remains a busy place and today Maurice Ross secured yet another new player for Cowden's 2022/23 campaign. Putting his signature on the dotted line today was winger Ben Weekes.

Ben was in the youth set up at Hibs before joining the Falkirk squad last season - he also enjoyed a brief loan spell with Penicuik Athletic in 2021/22. We are very pleased to now have Ben with us and it's heartening to see the squad coming together. It features some fresh new faces out to make their mark in the game.

19-year old Ben was happy to share his initial thoughts and said, "I’m delighted to have signed for Cowdenbeath, it’s a good opportunity for me to come in and play for a great club. After having a few positive chats with the gaffer I’m really looking forward to this campaign and working hard to make sure we have a successful season."
