Cowden Call On Colin

Cowdenbeath FC are pleased to now confirm that Colin Jack has agreed to come to Central Park as Maurice Ross’s assistant manager. Colin has been coaching in the Hearts Academy most recently. He was previously assistant manager at Edinburgh City and has also coached at Hibs.

Colin confirmed, “I am delighted that Maurice has asked me to join him as his assistant manager at Cowdenbeath. My career to date has been focused on developing players and teams at youth and senior levels and this is one of the main reasons I have decided to join Cowdenbeath. Maurice has a clear strategy of signing young, hungry players and I am sure we will be a success in developing a club where players want to come to work hard and play. I would also like to thank Frank Mcavoy at Hearts for his role in making this happen.”

Manager Maurice Ross added, “Colin is a guy who’s been on my radar for a while. An enthusiastic coach with an eye for young talent. His curious nature and attention to detail are what we need at this football club. Anyone entering our football club must have a desire to become better! Colin embodies this trait! He’s the first part of my jigsaw!
