We return to Central Park this afternoon to face Stirling Albion with a 3pm kick off.
It has been a disappointing season for both clubs, we find ourselves on the verge of finishing in tenth place while after a good first quarter of the season the Binos have struggled and if it had not been for their good start to the season this afternoon’s game may well have been a battle to avoid tenth place.
Our first visit to Forthbank came at the tail end of the Binos successful start to the campaign and they ran out 4-0 winners courtesy of goals from Jack Leitch, Dylan Mackin, Dale Carrick and Sean Heaver. The return match saw Maurice Ross record his first win for us thanks to a Fraser Mullen goal. However last month we went down 2-1 at Forthbank in a Midweek game which saw Carrick on taget twice before Liam Buchanan scored in stoppage time.
Since then the Binos have won two and loss two of their subsequent games beating Forfar and Stranraer but losing to Annan and Albion Rovers.
They sit in seventh place on 36 points just ahead of Albion Rovers and Elgin City who meet at Cliftonhill this afternoon.
