MATCH PREVIEW - EDINBURGH CITY (A)

It's Friday night football as we head to the capital to face Edinburgh City at Ainslie Park with a 7.45pm kick off.

Our last visit to Pilton Drive back in October saw the sides fight out a 1-1 on a wet night with Danny Handling giving the hosts an early lead before Kris Renton got a deserved equaliser with seven minutes to go.

The return fixture at a foggy Central Park just before Christmas saw the Citizens grab a late winner. John Robertson gave them the lead six minutes after the restart with Liam Buchanan coming off the bench to head home an equaliser with his first touch of the ball before Scott Reekie grabbed a winner three minutes from time.

After that win City went a further five games without a loss but the last two outings against Albion Rovers and Annan have both ended with 2-1 defeats.
