Match Preview: Cowdenbeath v Stenhousemuir
Cowden play hosts again when we entertain Stenhousemuir at Central Park on Saturday afternoon and everyone will be looking forward to 90 minutes after Tuesday night's fixture only lasted 18 minutes due to the heavy snow fall.
The weather has brightened up since Tuesday and this game promises to be an early April cracker wtih Danny Lennon's team eager keep the pressure on league leaders Alloa Athletic in the battle for promotion to the Irn Bru 1st Division.
"It's going to be an exciting end to the season and we have to go out and try to win as many mathes as we can", said Lennon.
"Stenhousemuir are always difficult opponents but our aim is to win the game and pick up three points."
The Blue Brazil and Stenny were both promoted from the 3rd Division last season and have established a healthy rivalry over recent seasons. John Couglin's side had the upper hand in contests last season but Cowden are unbeaten in the three encounters so far this term.
Dene Droudge is Cowden's only injury concern and the young defender is likely to sit this one out.
