As one door closes, another one opens so they say. There is of course now a vacancy for a new Kit Manager at Central Park – a chance for someone to follow in the footsteps of such great recent club servants as Darren Adamson and Robert McKinlay – and to be an integral part of the Blue Brazil backroom.

Thus it's a great opportunity for a Cowdenbeath or (local football) fan to experience a hands on involvement in SPFL football – at the Cowden coal face so to speak - as a key part of the operation at Central Park. You truly will be at the heart of the action - in the dressing room and on the touch line. The Kit Manager role is really pivotal at any football club – you will take charge of all aspects of players’ kit and equipment. More than that though you are an integral part of the overall team and will be making a vital contribution to Cowdenbeath FC. The role essentially calls for football knowledge, a driving licence, discretion, trustworthiness, organisation, being a team player, flexibility, and a work ethic all with the aim of helping the players and the new management team successfully tackle the challenges ahead.
