MATCH PREVIEW – BROXBURN ATHLETIC (A)

It’s William Hill Scottish Cup day once more on Saturday, as we face Broxburn Athletic at Albyn Park with a 3pm kick off.

East of Scotland League Premier Division side “Brox” are managed by former Cowden coach Brian McNaughton and have so far beaten Tynecastle, Girvan and East Stirlingshire to reach the Second Round in their first season competing in the cup after becoming SFA members in the summer.

Last Saturday Nick Locke of course cancelled out a spectacular overhead kick opener from David Cox to set up the replay.

Extra time and penalties will apply if the tie is level with the winners facing Inverurie Loco Works in the 3rd round.
