Emergency Loan

Partick Thistle have recalled goalkeeper Aaron Lennox for seven days as their on loan goalkeeper Conor Hazard is on international duty with Northern Ireland.

Cowdenbeath manager Gary Bollan therefore arranged for Newtongrange Star's very experienced goalkeeper Kieron Renton to come to Central Park on a seven day Emergency Loan today. Kieron of course will be well known to many Cowden fans from his spells with Elgin City, Raith Rovers and Stenhousemuir.

We warmly welcome Kieron to Cowdenbeath where of course his brother Kris is a regular for us up front.
