MATCH PREVIEW - EAST FIFE (H)

With both sides losing their opening two league games both sides will be looking to bounce back when we meet East Fife in the opening round of the Irn Bru Cup at Central Park on Tuesday night with a 7.45 p.m, kick off.

The Methil side sit at the foot of the League One table following defeats from both Dumbarton (0-2) and Brechin City (0-1). The Fifers are in fact looking for their first win of 2018/19 having drawn two and lost two of their Betfred Cup games.

The sides have met three times in the Challenge Cup in 1994 when we won 3-0, 2004 when we won in a penalty shoot out following a goal less draw and 3-0 once again when the sides last met in 2012.

Jason Talbot will once again miss out but hopefully Jamie Pyper will be fit enough to return to the squad.
