Train Like A Pro

Last week (Monday to Friday) saw our first Train like a Pro camp hosted by Cowden Community Coach and UEFA B Licence holder, Dean Ewing.

The group spent the week at Central Park getting a taste of the life of a professional footballer. Tactics, Skills, Nutrition and Fitness were all on the agenda and each participant also received a free Cowden T shirt and a ticket to our friendly match v Dundee.
