MATCH PREVIEW - ALLOA ATHLETIC U20 (A)

After last week's game with Livingston was postponed due to the weather we get back into action on Monday night when we face Alloa at the Indodrill Stadium with a 7.45 p.m. kick off.

The previous two games this season have seen a draw and an Alloa win. Back in late August we drew 2-2 on our last visit to the Indodrill after leading 2-0 just after the half hour thanks to goals from Josh Morris and John Ovenstone.

John Cunningham then pulled a goal back for the Wasps with four minutes to go and Ronan Kearney equalised with the last kick of the ball deep into stoppage time.

The return game at Kelty in November was a more one sided affair with Alloa running out 6-2 winners with Cunningham scoring four of Alloa's goals along with Kearney and Scott Sinclair. Charlie Denton and Ryan Connelly got the Cowden goals.

Alloa sit fifth in the table with 18 points from their 12 games played, they had been fourth but fell down a place after Stirling Albion were awarded a 3-0 win over Raith Rovers after the Rovers had fielded an ineligible player in a 1-1 draw back in December.
