After our narrow one goal defeat at Stirling on Wednesday night we face another side hopeful of making the promotion play offs when we head to Annan on Saturday with a 3 p.m. kick off.
The Galabank side currently sit in sixth place with 31 points from their 22 games just two points behind Stirling who moved into fourth spot following their midweek win at Forthbank.
A goal from Aiden Smith eight minutes from the break gave Peter Murphy's side a 1-0 win on our last trip to the south west back in late September and the former QOS player was once again on target on Annan's visit to Central Park in November, in what was Gary Bollan's first game in charge of the side, with Kyle Miller leveling the score with 20 minutes to go.
The January transfer window saw Murphy make four additions to his squad with Jamie Hendy (Arbroath), Ben Armour (Morton), Connor O'Keefe and Evan Horne (both St Mirren) and Cameron Salkeld (Carlisle United) all coming in on loan.
Our latest loan signing Brandon Luke of course spent the first half of the season on loan at Annan scoring once in a 1-1 draw with Stirling.
