MATCH PREVIEW - ELGIN CITY (H)

We continue our run of home games on Saturday afternoon as we welcome Elgin City to Central Park with a 3 p.m. kick off.

The Moray side sit just outside of the promotion play off spots with 17 points from their 11 games so far and just two points behind fourth place Stenhousemuir.

The "Manager of the Month curse" struck last Saturday afternoon after the announcement in the morning that manager Gavin Price had won the award after an unbeaten start to the job his side duly lost 2-0 at home to Peterhead!

Price had previously been assistant to former boss Jim Weir and took over at Borough Briggs last month when Weir left the club after just short of three years to take over at League One Forfar.

The sides have met once this season at Borough Briggs on the opening day with the score ending 1-1 after Brian Cameron cancelled out our opener from David Syme.

John Ovenstone once again takes charge of the side as the search for a new manager continues.
