Cowdenbeath FC can now confirm that goalkeeper Jamie Sneddon has signed a 2-year deal with Premier League club Partick Thistle.

A number of clubs had indicated interest in Jamie in recent months and we are delighted that he has secured the move to a full time club which he desired. We believe Jamie richly deserves this opportunity and we are sure he has a big future in the game - we are proud to have provided a platform whereby he was able to advance his career after being released by Hearts.

Very best wishes go to Jamie from everyone at Central Park and we thank him for the many marvellous displays in our goal in the last couple of years - oh and that penalty save as well!
