Cowden fans will face a third weekend without football after Saturday's re-arranged game with Arbroath was called off following a pitch inspection at Central Park on Thursday morning.

The Blue Brazil were last in action on 15th December when a late goal from Paul McQuade secured a 2-1 win over Stenhousemuir for the league leaders. Since then the icy conditions have wiped out the entire Second Division programme. Next up is the trip to face East Fife at New Bayview next Saturday in the first derby of 2010 - weather permitting!
