Following a Judicial Panel Tribunal hearing at Hampden Park today which was attended by Dean and two Cowdenbeath FC Directors, we can now confirm that Dean was given a suspension of 4 matches in respect of the notice of complaint regarding betting on football.  A further 3 match suspension is deferred and will only be applied if Dean breaches the betting rules again before the end of 2017.

 

Dean has accepted the decision and will not appeal.  Dean and the club thank the Tribunal and the SFA for their consideration and their fair hearing of the case.
