It’s our final chance to preserve our Ladbrokes League 1 status for next season when we host Queen’s Park at Central Park on Saturday with a 3 p.m. kick off.
Gus McPherson’s Spiders side our course hold a two goal advantage following their win at Hampden Park on Wednesday night when on loan Partick Thistle striker Chris Duggan bagged a brace with his first goal after 25 seconds before adding a second midway through the second period from the penalty spot.

Our last home game was against Stenhousemuir a fortnight ago when we went down 3-1 despite Craig Sives giving us a half time lead.

Queen’s game on the road was last Saturday when they went down 1-0 to Annan Athletic at Galabank. Had Jim Chapman’s side scored another goal we would have been facing them in the play-off and not the Spiders!
