MATCH PREVIEW - FORFAR ATHLETIC (H)

Posted September 18, 2015

It's week 7 in Ladbrokes League 1 and we welcome league leaders Forfar to Central Park on Saturday with a 3 p.m.

It's a homecoming for Loons boss Dick Campbell the Ladbrokes League 1 Manager of the Month for August, who after a short spell as a youngster with Dundee United, kicked off his playing career at Central Park with his hometown club and 16 years later took his first step into management with us.

Dick's table toppers have five former Central Parkers in their squad - his son Iain who was with us last season, Thomas O'Brien who also moved to Station Park in the summer as well as former skipper Mark Baxter, the long serving Martyn Fotheringham and loan keeper Scott Gallacher.

Mo Yaqub will miss the game due to suspension after his sending off last week against Peterhead, although on a more positive note John Armstrong is now eligible to play again after his two game ban.
