Saturday see’s us start a tough fixture list for the month of March when we face league leaders Hearts at Tynecastle with a 3 p.m. kick off.
In the two previous meetings of the sides Hearts beat us 5-1 on our last visit to Tynecastle back in September with goals from Billy King, Jason Walker, Osman Sow (pen) and a Dale Carick brace, while Calum Gallagher got our goal which saw us go in at the break at 1-1.
The return game at Central Park was postponed in early December due to the weather and eventually played two days before Christmas with goals in either half from James Keatings and Callum Paterson securing a 2-0 win for the Edinburgh side.
Hearts go into the match on the back of four successive league wins following their only Championship defeat so far at home to Falkirk on 24th January when the Bairns ran out 3-2 winners.
For our part we must try and pick up from the disappointment of losing 2-0 at home to Alloa last Saturday, a result which saw the Wasps move back level on points with us.
